Subscription. All paid Services are offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal.
Terms. These General Terms, together with the Subscription Terms and any Service-Specific Terms (collectively, the “Terms”), form a binding agreement between you and OnlyDogsVPN.

Binding Legal Agreement. By creating an account (“Account”), accessing our Services, or otherwise indicating acceptance electronically, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Conditional Use. Our Services are provided conditional on your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our Services or Websites.

Subscription. Paid Services are offered on a subscription basis. You select the billing period and payment method at the time of purchase.
Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you do not cancel, your chosen payment method will be charged for the upcoming period at the then-current renewal rate.
Creating an Account. To use our Services, you must create an Account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Accounts are non-transferable.
Account Security. You are responsible for all activity under your Account. Maintain the confidentiality of your password and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.
Total Price. Displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes, which we calculate based on your tax residence. The total charge, including taxes, will be presented prior to purchase.
Payment Obligation. You agree to pay all charges for the Services, including applicable taxes. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Recurring Payments. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the agreed intervals. We may use updated payment information from your financial institution to process payments.

Refunds. You may cancel a subscription and request a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase under our Money Back Guarantee.

Software License. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you control.
Ownership. All rights to the Services, Software, and Websites remain with OnlyDogsVPN or its licensors.
Feedback. You grant OnlyDogsVPN a perpetual, worldwide license to use any feedback you provide without obligation.

Disclaimer. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability. OnlyDogsVPN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnlyDogsVPN, its affiliates, and partners against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Services, or violation of applicable laws.
By OnlyDogsVPN. We may suspend or terminate your Account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirements.
By You. You may terminate your Account and subscription at any time. Termination does not release obligations incurred prior to termination.
Effects. Upon termination, all licenses granted will immediately end, and you must cease all use of the Services and Software.
Survival. Sections concerning License, Liability, Indemnification, and other relevant provisions survive termination.
Apple App Store. If using our Services on Apple devices, you acknowledge that the agreement is with OnlyDogsVPN, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for support or warranties regarding the Services.
Google Play and Other Platforms. Similar conditions apply for other app platforms. Compliance with the platform’s terms is required.
